As we navigate unchartered waters regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus), 68th & Monroe is committed to maintaining a safe and healthy experience for our team members and customers. We are closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 outbreak and we encourage our team members and customers to continue to follow the health and prevention guidelines of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) and WHO (World Health Organization):

  • Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after going to the bathroom, before eating, and after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.

  • Always wash your hands with soap and water if your hands are visibly dirty.

  • If soap and water are not readily available, use a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol.

At 68th & Monroe, the health and safety of our customers and team members have always been a priority. In the wake of COVID-19, the following are procedures that we have always practiced and will continue to adhere to during daily, business operations, product development as well as our interactions with customers at local Farmer’s Markets and other public events:

IN LAB

  • We practice frequent hand washing before and after handling containers, ingredients and products.

  • Our workspaces, equipment and containers undergo a three-step sanitizing process before any product development begins.

  • In addition, our policy and flexible work arrangements encourage team members, who exhibit flu-like symptoms, to remain at home and consult with a medical professional, where applicable.

AT FARMERS MARKETS/PUBLIC EVENTS

  • We practice frequent hand washing and/or hand sanitizing between every customer interaction.

  • All digital and mobile devices (e.g. tablets, cell phones), used to swipe credit cards during the sales transaction, are sanitized between customer interactions.

  • We provide samples of our products on individual, wooden sample sticks, which are then properly disposed of after each customer interaction.

 As an online retailer, 68th & Monroe can provide all of our customers, who choose to practice social-distancing, a safer shopping experience from the comfort of your own home. In addition, as part of our commitment to providing all-natural personal care products, we have recently introduced the following NEW products to our line:
