ORDER PROCESSING & Shipping

Buy Online, Pickup Curbside is now available. Please select this option at checkout for in-person pick-up ONLY at The Lola, 621 North Avenue, NE, Building D, Atlanta, GA 30308.

All products are handcrafted in small batches. Processing time may take 5 to 7 business days. After processing, please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery/shipping. We ship to U.S. and Canadian addresses.

Orders placed after 5:00 pm EST or on the weekend will be acknowledged the next business day.

PLEASE NOTE:

During peak seasons (January, February, May, June, October, November and December) processing and delivery times may be longer.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL OUT OF STATE HOLIDAY ORDERS (VALENTINE’S DAY, MOTHER’S DAY, THANKSGIVING AND CHRISTMAS) MUST BE PLACED AT LEAST 14 BUSINESS DAYS IN ADVANCE OF THE HOLIDAY TO ENSURE ON-TIME SHIPPING.

For Metropolitan Atlanta (which includes Fulton, DeKalb, Gwinnett, Cobb, Clayton, Coweta, Douglas, Fayette and Henry counties) and orders outside of Metropolitan Atlanta, the U.S. and Canada, our primary/expedited carrier is UPS.  Some products contain flammable ingredients that are deemed hazardous by UPS (or other third party carriers) and must be shipped via Ground Transportation, which may increase the number of days for shipping. Canceling an Order

To ensure prompt delivery we begin processing orders immediately after placement, therefore, we are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been submitted.

Out-of-Stock Items & Back Orders

Should an item on your order be out of stock, we will notify you via email/SMS messaging of the expected in-stock date. Your order will ship on time and the out-of-stock item will ship when available at no extra charge to you.
