About the Role
This role is designed for someone who is outgoing, energetic, and passionate about building relationships. As the Community Outreach & Partnerships Specialist, you will represent 68th & Monroe throughout Atlanta—visiting spas, boutiques, corporate offices, event planners, wellness studios, and community organizations to introduce our brand and develop new revenue opportunities.
Your work will help expand our wholesale presence, secure collaborations, book perfume-making experiences, support bridal and event partnerships, and open doors for corporate wellness activations. When not in the field, you will support in-store sales and guest experience at our Upper West Market location.
Key Responsibilities
Visit spas, boutiques, wellness studios, and local businesses to introduce the brand and build relationships.
Pitch wholesale opportunities, retail partnerships, and product placement.
Connect with event planners, bridal coordinators, and corporate teams to book perfume-making experiences, facial events, and wellness activations.
Identify and nurture new community partnerships that align with the brand’s values.
Represent the brand at pop-ups, community events, and special activations.
Track outreach, follow-ups, and partnership progress.
Support in-store sales, guest experience, and product education as needed.
Maintain strong product knowledge to confidently speak about ingredients, rituals, and brand story.
Uphold brand values and present 68th & Monroe with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm.
Qualifications
Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable initiating conversations with new people.
Sales or customer-facing experience required (retail, hospitality, outreach, or brand ambassador roles).
Strong communication skills and a naturally warm, engaging presence.
Ability to confidently pitch products and experiences.
Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage follow-ups independently.
Comfortable traveling locally for outreach (mileage reimbursement recommended).
Interest in clean beauty, fragrance, wellness, or botanical products.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and special events as needed.
Must have reliable transportation, a valid drivers license and auto insurance.
Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check.
Schedule
Part-time (15–25 hours per week).
Mix of community outreach hours and in-store shifts, nights and weekends required.
Flexibility for events, markets, and activations.
Quarterly Performance Bonus
Bonuses tied to partnership conversions, wholesale accounts, event bookings, and overall store performance.
Mileage reimbursement for community visits
