Store Manager – Full Time

Salary: Starting $55,000+ annually

About the Role
The Store Manager leads the daily operations of our Upper West Market location with a blend of hospitality, leadership, and operational excellence. This role is responsible for cultivating a welcoming environment, guiding the team, and ensuring every guest receives an elevated and memorable experience. The ideal candidate brings strong retail and customer service experience, confidence in leading a team, and a calm, grounded presence that reflects the heart of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and support the store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee daily operations including opening/closing, scheduling, and floor management.
Maintain visual standards, product presentation, and store cleanliness.
Ensure accurate inventory management, receiving, and stock organization.
Drive sales performance through product knowledge, storytelling, and guest engagement.
Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing staff development.
Communicate store needs, guest feedback, and operational updates to the Brand Programs & Communication Strategy Director.
Uphold brand values and foster a positive, collaborative team culture.
Qualifications
Experience leading a team in a retail environment (required).
Strong customer service background with a guest-first mindset.
Confident managing store operations, scheduling, and inventory.
Excellent communication skills and a naturally warm, grounded presence.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
Interest in clean beauty, fragrance, wellness, or botanical products.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Schedule
Full-time role with weekend and occasional evening availability.
Flexibility during peak seasons and special events.
Quarterly Performance Bonus
This role is eligible for quarterly performance bonuses based on store sales and overall team performance. Bonuses are tied to clear revenue milestones and guest‑experience goals, rewarding consistency, leadership, and contribution to the store’s success. As the store grows, bonus opportunities grow with it, creating a shared sense of ownership and momentum within the team.
